Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all food products purchased directly from Craveda through www.craveda.in.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Only sealed and unopened products are eligible.

2. Return Process

Customers must email info@craveda.in with order details and supporting images.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

4. Shipping Costs

Craveda covers return shipping only for defective or damaged products.
